Glitch Project

1. As the artist of this piece, what was your main objective?

2. My main objective was to make the photo look like a glitch.

3. What tools did you primarily use for this project?

4. I primarily used the quick selection tool.

5. What were some of the challenges you faced during this project?

6. A challenge i had was trying to make the background. It was difficult to make a glitch texture in the background that wasn't to busy that it took attention away from the picture.

7. The goal of this assignment was to create the effect of a Retro VCR style “Glitch”. Multiple styles were demonstrated in class. What technique did you use and why?

8. I used the wave filter on multiple colored duplicates of the photo to make it look like a VCR glitch. I used this technique because i thought its looked most like a VCR style glitch.
