Low Poly Derek Jeter

As the artist of this piece, what was your main objective?

My main objective was to make a low poly portrait that looked a lot like Derek Jeter.

What tools did we primarily use for this project?

We Primarily used the polygonal lasso tool.

What are the advantages of using Photoshop Actions?

The advantage was that it made the process much easier and quicker.

How were you able to create more detail in the facial features?

I used smaller triangles in the face to make sure there were more details on the face.

What were some of the challenges you faced during this project?

Some of the challenges were making the triangles small enough to get good detail so the viewer can tell who the person I am trying to make a portrait of.

Do you feel you successfully completed the project? Why or why not?

I feel like i have successfully completed the project. I feel this way because the portrait looks just like Derek Jeter and i spent a lot of time working on this project.
